AF-70 is a machine conceived for the insertion and clipping of pile weather strip and rigid base gaskets as well as PVC. Great pace and great performance rate (80 bars per hour).
AF-70 new system of cut that alows to cut all type of rigid gaskest (garage dors). Different heads for different functions . The head replacement procedure is fast and simple while working with a wide variety of profiles.
Bobbin carrier provided with a multiple stop device allows the use of up to 4 bobbins at the same time to ease the placement of the washers. The placement of the joint is automatic by using profile guides.
Clipping head carries out an even assembly of the joint thorughout the whole profile • Double head pneumatic system. A previous study of the profiles supplied by the client, makes the head replacement process quicker as it does not require any adjustments at all.
Universal joint insertion head. The pressure that the head applies on the gaskest can be regulated pneumatically, in order to obtain better performances.
Motorized system for extracting the bar by the end. Synchronization with the machine. Supplied only with machine.
